Cancellation Policy

Policy

1. Self check-in begins at 4pm – Check out by 11:00am. 2. All guests must be 21 or over, no children are allowed. 3. *Pets are not allowed. 4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING is allowed in the cottage and only in some of the public areas  some of the open air areas and on your private porch. Please see the in room booklet for charges for in room smoking . 5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

*Pets/ Registered Service Dogs:

We have a no animal / pet policy. Should we find evidence of the presence of a pet of any kind other than a registered service dog, there will be a minimum of a $100 pet cleaning fee applied to your bill. SERVICE DOGS are welcome in our ADA compliant Wimbledon Suite ONLY. A Valid ADA Service Dog certificate must be provided at the time of booking and prior to check-in, in order for us to scan and validate the certificate The service dog must be accompanied by it’s registered owner and wear the service dog vest at all times when outside the cottage . The pet cleaning fee applies.
Any additional damage caused by a pet will be charged to your credit card.

Payment Conditions

A deposit 50% of the stay is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Additional Check In Notes

We welcome late arrivals, but ask that you please call ahead so we can make plans to welcome you. We are unable to staff our reception at all hours, so please do call ahead 262-248-4006.

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 10 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Covid19 : Up to 10 days prior to your arrival we will re-book your stay for a later date when you are ready, with no fees.
