Bookings are only confirmed when you have received a confirmation E-mail or Telephone call.
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and online booking.
If your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night, we require a two-night minimum. This may be Thurs/Fri, Fri/Sat. or Sat/Sun. All bookings must be secured by credit card; 50% deposit for your stay will be taken prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable up to 10 days prior to reservation date. After this date, no refunds are permitted.
You will receive a confirmation of booking when processed; this confirmation will also include several questions regarding your preferences which should enable us to tailor your visit.
Check in / Check Out:
Times for check in can be flexible depending upon demand from previous night’s occupancy, but we advise from 4pm onwards. To allow us to check in our guests at a reasonable time (or early should they require) we ask that all suites be vacated by 11am.
We have a no animal / pet policy.
All suites have been designated non- smoking for the comfort of all guests. Any persons who have been found to have smoked in the rooms will be charged $500 toward the extra costs to have the room cleaned to a satisfactory level for other guests.
SevenOaks has been advertised as an adult get-away resort, therefore nobody under 21 years will be accommodated. We will be happy to recommend several family resorts in the local area which offer accommodation and facilities for younger guests.
Our suites are designed for a maximum of two people in our single units and for four people in our double units. No extra beds are available for use and only registered guests may stay overnight.
