Cancellation Policy Including Covid19
A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay plus taxes is charged to your credit card upon making your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, the following policies apply:
- Any cancellation made after your credit card has been processed and up to 10 days prior to arrival will be charged at 10% of the full total of your stay and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If your cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival you will lose the full deposit paid.
- Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
- No shows and early departures will be charged in full.
Covid19 : Up to 10 days prior to your arrival we will re-book your stay for a later date when you are ready, with no fees. If you are at risk or especially concerned, we suggest waiting to book rather than booking and cancelling. *Cancellation conditions will apply if re-booking less than 10 days prior to arrival.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies, and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any problems that may occur.
When possible, we will make every effort to work with you to move your reservation to a date that works better for you, based upon space and occupancy constraints.
You will receive a confirmation of booking when processed; this confirmation will also include several questions regarding your preferences, which are intended to better enable us to personalize your visit.
Check in / Check Out:
New measures :- Self check-in begins at 4 pm. Your cottage will be open prior to check-in and the key left in the cottage. Our office is closed between noon and 2pm.
To allow us to check-in our guests at a reasonable time , we ask that all suites be vacated by 11 am. Please leave the key in your cottage upon check-out.
We have a NO animal / pet policy. Should we find evidence of the presence of a pet of any kind, there will be a minimum of a $100 pet cleaning fee applied to your bill. Service dogs are welcome in our ADA compliant Wimbledon cottage. The $100 pet cleaning fee applies to verified service dogs and will be charged at the time of booking.
Any additional damage caused by a pet/service animal will be charged to your credit card.
All suites at Seven Oaks have been designated non- smoking (this includes the smoking of pot), for the comfort of all guests. Any persons who have been found to have smoked in the rooms will be charged a minimum of $250 toward the extra costs to have the room cleaned to a satisfactory level for other guests.
NO Persons Under 21:
Seven Oaks Bed & Breakfast has been advertised as an adult get-away resort, therefore no one under 21 years will be accommodated. We will be happy to recommend several family resorts in the local area which offer accommodation and facilities for younger guests.
Our suites at Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast are designed for a maximum of two people in our single units, and up to four people in our double units. Please note there are no extra beds available for use, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Violators will be asked comply and may face penalties including loss of remaining nights of the reservation.
