Our SevenOaks Cottage Suites
All of our Seven Oaks are adults only (21+) . Our private cottages have a separate entrance and sleep two people, perfect for the current social distancing measures. Exceptions are Windermere and Wimbledon Suites, these are double suites that can sleep up to four adults. The only shared space on the Seven Oaks property is the outdoor patio area, which is large enough for several people to enjoy, while maintaining social distancing measures. In keeping with the current situation , our guests safety is of the utmost importance. We will now offer a Breakfast picnic basket, which will be placed in your fridge prior to your arrival . If staying more the one night, your breakfast picnic will be delivered to your cottage during morning service. We will also place a complimentary welcome bottle of wine and cheese plate in your cottage on the day of your arrival.
All cottages offer a small kitchenette, complete with fridge, coffee maker & coffee, electric kettle, and microwave. In your separate bathroom, you can enjoy the luxury of heated floors & towel rails, 2 person spa tub, walk-in shower, luxury bath robes , toiletries & a hairdryer. Your cozy living area has a small dining table and chairs TV fireplace. Sit back , relax & enjoy the serene surroundings. Please click on the map below for location of parking and cottages.

1. Check in begins at 4pm – Check out by 11:00. 2. All guests must be 21 or over, NO children are allowed. 3. *NO Pets are allowed. 4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING or smoking device usage allowed in the cottage and only in some of the public areas some of the open air areas and on your private porch. Please see the in room booklet for charges for in room smoking .5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge. No open flame wax candles pleasese
*Pets/ Registered Service Dogs:
We have a no animal / pet policy. Should we find evidence of the presence of a pet of any kind other than a registered service dog, there will be a minimum of a $100 pet cleaning fee applied to your bill. SERVICE DOGS are welcome in our ADA compliant Wimbledon Suite ONLY. A Valid ADA Service Dog certificate must be provided at the time of booking and prior to check-in, in order for us to scan and validate the certificate The service dog must be accompanied by it’s registered owner and wear the service dog vest at all times when outside the cottage . The pet cleaning fee applies.
Any additional damage caused by a pet will be charged to your credit card.
A deposit of 50% of the stay is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Additional Check In Notes
Self check-in begins at 4 pm. With the additional cleaning and sanitizing practices in place due to current events , we will try to accommodate requests for early check-ins when possible. Generally 3pm is the earliest that we can accommodate an early check-in, but please call first before arriving. We welcome late arrivals, but ask that you please call ahead so we can make plans to welcome you. We are unable to staff our reception at all hours, so please do call ahead 262-248-4006.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 10 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
