1. Self Check-in begins at 4PM – Check out is by 11:00AM. 2. All guests must be 21 or over, NO children are allowed. 3. *Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Smoking of any device or type is ONLY allowed in some of the public areas and some of the open air areas and NOT in the cottages. Smoking FINES WILL APPLY 5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
*No Pets Allowed (*Previously Verified Service Dogs accommodated in our Wimbledon Suite only. Registered owner must accompany Service Dog and service dog must wear service vest at all times outside of the cottage). Additional cleaning fees apply.
A deposit 50% of the stay is required at time of booking. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We welcome late arrivals, but ask that you please call ahead so we can make plans to welcome you. We are unable to staff our reception at all hours, so please do call ahead 262-248-4006.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 10 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
